- Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and sales decks for potential clients.

- Drive sales activities to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Track and report on business development performance using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, proposals, and deals in CRM.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyse sales data to measure effectiveness and improve outreach strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and product updates.
